Cosori Air Fryer Accessories: Liners, Racks and Parts by Model

Which accessories Cosori sells for its air fryers, what its manuals say about liners and replacement parts, and how to check your model against the 2023 recall.

Cosori’s own store sells a small accessory range: parchment liners in 3 to 5 quart and 5 to 6 quart sizes, a six-piece set for its 5.8-quart air fryer, and a tray and wire rack for its 13-quart oven. Each item names the size or model it fits, so match any accessory to your exact model number first.

Cosori models and their manuals

Your model number decides what fits. The CPSC notes that Cosori model numbers are printed on the bottom label and in the user manual. Cosori’s user manuals page lets you search by product name or model number.

None of these manuals publish inside basket dimensions. To size a liner or rack, measure the basket yourself using our guide to air fryer liners and how to measure.

Official Cosori accessories

When we checked Cosori’s air fryer accessories collection in September 2026, it listed these items:

  • Cosori Air Fryer Liners: disposable parchment liners in 3 to 5 quart and 5 to 6 quart sizes.
  • Air Fryer Accessories set: sold in a 5.8-quart size, with a cake pan, pizza pan, silicone mat, metal holder, egg bites mold and a rack with four skewers.
  • 13-Quart Air Fryer Oven Tray and Wire Rack: made for Cosori’s 13-quart air fryer oven.
  • Oven tray and wire rack for the CS100-AO and CTO-R251S countertop ovens.
  • Cosori Smart Meat Thermometer.

Each item names the size or model it is made for. If yours is not named, the item is not listed for it.

Cosori parchment liners: what the product page says

Cosori describes its liners as wax-free parchment coated with food-grade silicone and heat-rated to 465°F, with a 1.8-inch-deep edge and 100 liners per pack. The product page carries a warning: do not put the paper liner in the basket during preheating, and always put enough food on it so it cannot lift and touch the upper heating element.

That matches the Pro LE manual, which says you may use parchment paper or foil but never put paper in without food on top. The manual also says lining the basket with foil, but not the crisper plate, may make cleanup easier.

Racks and pans for Cosori air fryers

Cosori’s own set is sold for the 5.8-quart model. For other models, a rack or pan has to fit the basket’s inside dimensions and leave room above the food.

The Pro LE manual sets the limits. Do not overfill the basket, since heaping food may touch the heating coils and cause a fire hazard. Always use heat-safe containers, and be extremely cautious with containers that are not metal or glass. Do not place oversized foods or metal utensils in the air fryer.

Cosori baskets, crisper plates and replacement parts

The Pro LE manual gives the details that matter when a part wears out:

  • The basket and crisper plate are aluminum with a nonstick coating.
  • Both are dishwasher safe, or can be washed by hand with hot, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
  • The crisper plate has four rubber stoppers that keep it fitted to the basket floor and stop it from scratching the basket’s coating. Remove them only for cleaning, and soak them in water before pushing them back in.
  • Do not unscrew the basket handle from the basket.

For replacements, the TurboBlaze and Dual Basket manuals say additional and replacement accessories are available and to contact Customer Support. Cosori’s online accessories collection did not list baskets or crisper plates when we checked, so support is the official route.

Baskets and plates from other makers are sold too, described by the seller as compatible with Cosori models. Cosori’s manuals recommend using Cosori parts and accessories, and the TurboBlaze warranty does not cover damage from accessories the manual does not recommend. Cleaning Cosori baskets

For stubborn grease, the Pro LE manual suggests a paste of 2 tablespoons of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of water. Spread it on the basket and crisper plate with a sponge, leave it for 15 minutes, then rinse and wash with soap and water. Clean the inside of the unit with a slightly damp, non-abrasive sponge, and never immerse it. More tips are in our air fryer cleaning guide.

Warranty and where to get help

The Pro LE manual says every Cosori product comes with a 2-year warranty, and owners can register within 14 days of purchase at cosori.com/warranty. Keep your order ID and purchase date, and do not throw away a faulty unit before contacting support, which the manual specifically asks. The manual names Arovast Corporation as the company that makes the warranty, and says it does not extend to products bought from unauthorized sellers.

Check your Cosori model against the 2023 recall

On February 23, 2023, the CPSC announced the recall of about 2 million Cosori air fryers in the U.S., recall number 23-130. A wire connection could overheat, posing fire and burn hazards. The remedy was a replacement.

The recall covers these model numbers, sold from June 2018 through December 2022: CP158-AF, CP158-AF-R19, CP158-AF-RXW, CP158-AF-RXR, CAF-P581-BUSR, CAF-P581-AUSR, CAF-P581-RUSR, CP137-AF, CP137-AF-RXB, CP137-AF-RXR, CP137-AF-RXW, CS158-AF, CS158-AF-RXB, CS158-AF-R19, CAF-P581S-BUSR, CAF-P581S-RUSR, CAF-P581S-AUSR, CO137-AF, CO158-AF, CO158-AF-RXB and CP258-AF.

If your model number is on the list, follow the CPSC notice and the recall site at recall.cosori.com rather than buying new parts for that unit.

Frequently asked questions

Does Cosori sell replacement baskets?

Cosori's manuals say additional and replacement accessories are available and tell owners to contact Customer Support. When we checked its online accessories collection in September 2026, it listed liners, a 5.8-quart accessory set and 13-quart oven trays and racks, but no baskets.

Can I use parchment paper in a Cosori air fryer?

Yes. The Pro LE manual says you may use parchment paper or foil, but never put paper in without food on top, because moving air can lift it into the heating coils. Cosori's own liners also say not to preheat with a liner in the basket.

Is my Cosori air fryer part of the recall?

Compare the model number on the bottom label with the CPSC list for recall 23-130, announced February 23, 2023. It covers 21 model numbers sold from June 2018 through December 2022, including CP158-AF, CAF-P581-BUSR and CS158-AF variants.

Are Cosori baskets dishwasher safe?

The Pro LE manual says the basket and crisper plate are dishwasher safe and can also be washed by hand with a non-abrasive sponge. Both have a nonstick coating, so avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners.
